I have a shop vac Pro wet and dry. It's a shop vac that I use as a household vacuum cleaner. It suits my needs because I am striving to eliminate all carpet from my home and have succeeded except for two rooms. This vacuum cleaner has tremendous suction.

It is lightweight, doesn't require a bag, and is mounted on the wall, which is where it works best. I run the nozzle over wood and tile and pick up all dust and debris with ease. I purchased the larger optional hose, which assures that the machine doesn't clog. The entire vacuum cleaner is so simple that very little can go wrong with it.

This vacuum cleaner is appropriately sized and therefore doesn't dominate my rather small house. Due to the absence of carpet in my home, I don't need accessories, on board or otherwise. I have owned vacuum cleaners with loads of attachments,
and dreaded vacuuming because I couldn't remember from one cleaning day to the next how to attach them.

This vacuum cleaner requires a simple nozzle. I have attached a heavy duty extension cord and can easily move this machine from room to room. If I were to have complaints about this vacuum cleaner, I would have to mention that now and then the hose falls off.

I have remedied this problem with duct tape. Also, since it was designed to be mounted on the wall, setting it on the floor makes is prone to tipping over. And it is quite loud. I don't remember how much I paid for my vacuum cleaner but the price was right. It offers a lot of power for a reasonable price.

Pros
- very light in weight
- hose for the vacuum is fairly wide and long so you can reach further and also it reduces things getting stuck in the hose

Cons
- electric cord is short so you often need an extension cord to operate at a long distance away from a plug
- very noisey.

This vacuum cleaner is very powerful, also it is very light and easy to carry around. It can be used to vacuum just about anything wet or dry and has a capacity of 6 gallons. It has a fairly long hose and comes with many attachements so you can clean various surfaces with ease.

The suction power is tremendous no dirt or wet material is left behind when you have a vacuum like this. I personally use it to suck up water in the basement when it rains. I hae never owned a better vacuum and the price was very reasonable for a vacuum which such capabilities.

This machine runs on a 3.0 horsepower electric motor and has on and off buttons on the very top of the vacuum. It has a top and a base. The base connects to the top with two latches which you unhook to reach the core and or the filter. It is easily cleaned which on consists of just dumping the unwanted materials into the proper waste recepticle.

The vacuum has a handle on the very top so it is easy to grab and transport to the desired area where cleaning is needed. The vacuum is relatively small in size a little larger than a pot used for steaming crabs it is fairly easy to store away.
