Kirby Model is Sentria Overall I think that it is an excellent vacuum cleaner, it has plenty of attachments to perform just about any task that a vacuum cleaner should, It has a carpet spot cleaning system with it and it is pretty quiet.
The bags that go into the machine have a 99.97% hepa filtration rating and the amount of dirt that it picks up out of the carpet is amazing! It has plenty of hose length to get to those hard to reach places and the unit is polished so it looks good as well. the spot cleaning system works very well and removed all of the spots on my light grey sofa.
Overall a very good maching but you have to pay a pretty hefty price for it. I would have to say that two pros of the unit are how well it picks up dirt. I have a five year old and as soon as he comes in the house filth follows.
Can run the vacuum over dirty foot prints on the carpet and they are gone instantly. it does not take two or three passes. another pro to this unit is that I purhased it from a saleswoman who showed me how to utilize the unit to the fullest, she showed me every option, and every function and how to set the machine up to do all of them.
Two of the cons to this unit are Size. it takes up a side of the bedroom closet because of all of the accessories that come with it.
We like this vacuum because it can do so many things and it really cleans well! My carpets have never looked so nice since I first have them installed. I couldn’t believe how much crud was removed with the Kirby.
It is also a shampooer. The shampoo is not strong smelling, it doesn’t leave a sticky film on the carpet and it really makes the carpet look clean. However, this vacuum is VERY expensive for a vacuum cleaner. It also is somewhat complicated because it does so many things.
You have to read the instruction manual every time you want to use it for something other than regular carpet cleaning. It does take some getting used to. But we like

I currently own a Kirby Sentria vacuum cleaner which I bought of a door to door salesman. Honestly, it is the best vacuum that I have ever owned. I originally paid $1,400 for it, which I know is a lot for a vacuum.
However, I feel the need to justify the expense. I have two dogs and a husband that all shed like crazy. I used to have black dog hair on the couch and visible all over my floor. It was disgusting.
My old vacuum cleaner would hardly work and I thought it was top of the line! The suction on this vacuum is so amazing that the first two times I had to use it I needed to change the bag. It had pulled up so much hair and dirt out of my carpet that it looked brand new!
I was amazed at the reduction in dust that I saw on my tables and furniture. The 100% HEPA filter stopped everything from coming out of the bag. Not to mention that the accessories are great!
I have attachments for everything from a flat attachment for wood floors to a carpet cleaning attachment as well as the typical conical hoses and brushes to get the cobwebs on ceilings as well as cleaning blinds. The only other downside for this vacuum, other than the price, would be the weight. It is heavier than the average vacuum and can be a bit cumbersome to move around when it is not on.
