Pros
- Self-propelled
- Cleaning tool set

Cons
- Does not have a self-winding power cord
- Hard to change bags

This Hoover Wind Tunnel has served us well for many years, without any problems or maintenance. It is a bag vacuum so you have to be sure and watch the bag and put in a new one when the old one gets full. There is also a filter that needs to be changed in about five years to maintain the good suction.

The vacuum cleaner is easy to use as it is self-propelled and has a power drive feature making it easy for you to control the speed. The special features of the cleaner include edge cleaning, adjustment for carpet pile and hard surfaces, a headlight, and a shut-off control if your motor gets overheated. The carpet pile adjustment has five different levels for plush, shag, etc.

The headlight on the cleaner is especially handy when vacuuming under furniture. As long as we have had this vacuum, we have never had to change the light bulb. My model of the Hoover includes the deluxe cleaning tool set.

This set includes a vinyl hose, two extra wands, dusting brush, furniture nozzle, wall/floor brush and a crevice tool. One great feature of the vacuum is the shut-off control. If you happen to suck up a piece of clothing or some other object that plugs the hose, and the motor starts to overheat, the vacuum will automatically shut itself off.

This Hoover has good suction and meets all my requirements for vacuuming. The price was very competitive and in my price range also. If and when this vacuum no longer does the job, I would probably buy another Hoover.
