I really like this vacuum cleaner, it has really good suction. It picks up much more than my old hoover. I also like it because the handle comes off and is used as a cleaning tool. This is the first time I have used a bagless vacuum. I like the fact that I don't have to buy bags anymore. another feature that I like about this vacuum is all you have to do is push the red button and the vacuum converts into a hard floor cleaner. I also think the the price was excellent, it was a $200.00 vacuum and I got it on sale for 100.00 it is a great value for the price I paid for it. It also has a hepa filter which I like for allergens. Cleaning tools are also included, which is a big plus for me. It has a longer extension cord than most vacuums which I like I can use it throughout my home and I don't have to plug and unplug it all the time. another feature that I like is that it is a very quite vacuum. It does sound like a whisper. So when someone is trying to sleep in my house I can still vacuum with this cleaner and it wont wake them up. Another feature that I like about this vacuum is that the dirt cup is easy to remove, all you have to do is push a button and it comes right off. I also like the fact that I don't have to buy filter all the time. The hepa filter only has to be cleaned every 9 to 12 months. Pros
