It is a bag less upright vacuum that uses just a little type of filter thing which traps all dust and trash that it pick up. The one that I have is yellow and black. Another good thing that I like is that it has setting which can clean floors (hardwood, tile, etc.) and carpets. I've had this vacuum for years and only changed the filter like twice so it is a good brand vacuum and its long lasting which is a plus. It has an adjustable handle for long arm reach or short arm reach. Overall it vacuums like a soldier with the lightweight manageability of a small sized vacuum. It is pretty noisy like any other vacuum but it works almost as good as it is at making noise. It's cord is pretty long to reach a good radial distance without keeping to have to unplug and connect. It is very easy to clean also. All I do is shake the filter into the trash and place it back into the vacuum. And it cleans up just as good. I love this vacuum because it is so light and compact.
