There were more things about this vacuum that I didn’t like than I did like. The pros of this vacuum were the fact that it was small, and it didn’t have a bunch of attachments that you had to fuss around with.

Now the cons of this vacuum are as follows: I did not like the fact that this vacuum was not great at picking up much of anything on hard wood floors, and secondly this vacuum was mediocre at picking up things on the carpet, and I also noticed that after a few uses it would not hold some of the dirt or dust it would pick up, it would drop some of it back on to the carpet, which defeats the purpose of a vacuum.

I thought that since it was advertised as being compact but powerful, I would be able to vacuum my carpets with no fuss, but that was not the case.

One thing it can be used for if you have just a little dust to pick up off of the carpet than this vacuum is the one for you, but if you have a real job to do and you have kids constantly running through the house than this is not the vacuum for you.

I guess I would be better off getting something with attachments in order to conquer my household tasks.

Pros
- appropriate for apartments and small houses or condos
It is durable.
- bagless and it comes with a replaceable filter and an extra one
- It picks up small dirts well.
- Can be stored upright or flat.
- does not make too much noise.

Cons
- Cannot pick up bigger dirts
- you have to pick them up by hand before or after vacuuming.

When we were moving into our apartment in 2005, we needed a vacuum cleaner and we did not have enough money since we bought a lot of things for the apartment being our first apartment. We decided to get a cheap one and a bagless type since i wouldn’t like to be changing the bags all the time, but to our surprise, it’s been working ever since.

It is a EUREKA brand and the household type.It has never given any problem. It has a 21.0 cleaning effectiveness and it suits me since it is an apartment. It allows us to wash the dirt container as often as we would like to.

It also came with an extra filter, so we did not have to replace it by buying another filter. It is superlite and can be stored upright or flat which saved me from the issue of space because this apartment has no storage space.

Pros
- It is Lightweight.
- Great on floors.

Cons
- Telescopic handle doesn’t work right.
- It’s not that great on the carpet.

I purchased this vacuum because it is small and lightweight. I have to say that overall I like the vacuum. However there are a few things that I would change, for instance this vacuum has a telescopic handle for easy storage, I have found that while it is great for being stored in small spaces, when vacuuming the handle does not stay in position. the suction is great on floors and just average on carpet.

My vacuum is “The Boss Bagless” by Eureka. This vacuum cost me $30.00. This vacuum, while nice because it is small and compact, does not work on carpet. I will try using this vacuum throughout the day on a small carpet area, and the job will take a lot more time than it should to get finished.

I live with a lot of girls in my apartment and so there is a lot of hair on our carpet. I purchased this vacuum because we do not have a lot of carpet space or space in general for that matter, and this vacuum was advertised as a compact vacuum that can be easily stored.

This vacuum that I have is being stored right now and probably will be for a long time because that is about all it’s good for. When I am vacuuming our carpet with all of the hair on it, it doesn’t seem to pick anything up, not even dust. It doesn’t make any noise letting you know that it is working at all.

If I could go back in time and not purchase this vacuum I would do that in a heartbeat and purchase a big vacuum that does the job it is supposed to. The vacuum doesn’t seem to have any suction to it at all.

Pros
- comes with a variety of useful
attachments
- the suction mechanism is strong!

Cons
- After years of using this vacuum the suction has
decreased.
- Prolonged used may cause the vacuum to
overheat—this hasn’t happened often but it did happen.

I purchased and still own the Eureka The Power Plus Vacuum Model -4667 in hunter green and I have to say that it is a very good vacuum cleaner. It has been very durable these last three years and I hope to continue to use it in the future.

This vacuum has very powerful suction! I have vacuumed over carpet and on
hardwood floors with no problem at all so it does have adjustable settings depending on what surface your are vacuuming. To be honest, I have even vacuumed items that would normally clog and/or damage other vacuums and this still keeps going! The replacement bags are easy to find in most retail stores like Walmart and are reasonably priced.

This vacuum also has a removable tube that you can easily detach to vacuum chairs or stairs or get up tiny messes like spilled candy or crumbs. In addition, if there is every a clog I have found that it is always easy to unclog this tube as it is detachable.

It also has an upholstery brush for vacuuming curtains! It also has a corner vacuuming attachment so you can vacuum in tight corners and regions. I have to stay that for as powerful as this vacuum it is heavy in my personal opinion. I wouldn’t want to have to carry this vacuum up and down steps, which I have done to vacuum the upper level of my home. It is also very loud in comparison to other smaller models. Overall this is a good vacuum.

Pros
- Absolutely sturdy and reliable.
- Easy to use.

Cons
- Bright blue color.
- Looks cheap .

The Boss Power Plus by Eureka is one of the most reliable and sturdy vacuums I have ever owned. It is excellent at cleaning up cat hair, kitty litter, dog hair, lint, messes from my hobbies, etc. It’s not the prettiest vacuum on the market but I really appreciate not having to change out vacuum bags and having a consistently working vacuum to rely on. With all of our pets, two cats and two dogs and three parakeets, and one miniature pig, we’ve been through a total of four vacuums within the past year alone! Some of them only lasted a month. This vacuum has been our saving grace for keeping our home clean and livable.

When we first bought this one, I thought it was a temporary solution for us to use to just get by again… but no, it has lasted a whole year so far and we are terribly hard on vacuum cleaners. It didn’t look like anything special when we purchased it and was way less expensive than the other brands and models we had purchased. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone and am so relieved we are not in the market to purchase another one now. Who knew that this unassuming vacuum would be so amazing. I am buying one for my mom and my brother has already purchased one as well. So far he’s definitely a satisfied customer as well and he has a total of nine cats… his vacuum is working as hard as ours.

Pros
- it’s bagless
- it has hepafiltration

Cons
- I’ve already had to replace the brushroller because my long hairclogged it up.
- quite heavy

I have owned my Eureka “The Boss” hepafiltration vacuum cleaner for a year and a half. I have been extremely happy thus far with my vacuum.

My favorite option this vacuum offers is it’s bagless dirt cup. When I’m finished vacuuming, I simply remove the cup, dump it in my garbage, and I’m finished.

The suction of this vacuum is wonderful, every time I vacuum it seems to find more dirt than I ever would’ve imagined. I have a 1 year old son, and I love the hepa filtration system. I feel like my air is staying clean and fresh for my son to breathe. Also attached to the vacuum is a self cleaning duster, which is very handy.

After dusting, you stick the duster in the compartment, pull a lever, and it spins until it’s clean again. A very nice feature. There were also several other attachments that came with the vacuum, including the “power claw.” The power claw worked well while it lasted, but lately it seems to have lost a bit of power.

The other attachments are the brush and extender handle. I use the brush to clean my couch cushions and it works very well, the extender is extremely handy for getting into corners. Overall, I’ve been extremely happy.

Pros
- Light weight design
- Bagless

Cons
- Spits up remnants
- Suction power decreases with increased use

This vacuum cleaner comes equipped with canister, hoses, attachments and a duster. The duster can be placed into its holder and the dust is spun out. Each attachment has a specific holder for easy storage.

The vacuum is light enough for all ages to use it. The Boss can be used on hard wood floors and carpeting as it has a level adjustment. A canister is a more economical and easier option than bags. The canister can be removed easily; it should be emptied before every use in order to improve suction (in some cases, the canister should be emptied after every room).

If the canister is full or even half way full, the vacuum won’t work optimally. For pet owners, the canister will fill up quickly. This vacuum will try to suck up its own cord, so users should be careful not to run over the cord like can be done with other vacuums. Clogs happen regularly in hose and needs to manually be cleaned out.

The vacuum will not suck up anything grainy such as dirt chunks, sand or cat litter. When the vacuum is shut off the last things sucked up will fall out of the hose onto the floor. The area where I store my vacuum is full of these remnants. At first, this vacuum seemed promising and did a good job of cleaning the floors but after a few months of use, the vacuum lost its suctioning power and began to “spit up”.

Overall, I wouldn’t buy another Eureka Boss nor would I recommend it to a friend. I will probably end up throwing it out since it doesn’t have much of a resale value.
