Pros
- It really does have great suction.
- Picks up pet hair effectively.
Cons
- The cost.
- A more enclosed emptying system would be nice.
We purchased this particular vacuum because we needed something to help clean up all of the cat hair we have in our house. With three long haired cats in the house, there is lots of hair. This particular model was advertised as being the one to get if you have pets. We loved all of the features and the fact that the telescoping wand popped off ready to use so easily.
We also decided to buy this model because we found a really good price on the internet and was able to use that at a local store who said they would match the price. I was really hoping that this vacuum would meet all of our expectations when we were able to try it at home. I am pleased to say that it has. It is very light weight and maneuvers very easily.
The suction is very good and it is amazing at picking up all of the cat hair. I am actually allergic to cats among other things and this is the first vacuum that has seemed to pull enough of the hair to make a huge difference in how I feel. The smaller head attachment works very well in tighter areas like around furniture and the stairs. We also bought attachments for cleaning the car. I used to hate cleaning the car myself and would pay to have it done. However, with the car attachments I do not mind doing it at all and it does not take very long.
