I have had my Dyson Absolute for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed using it. The suction power is great! It seems to pick everything up really well and when you are done vacuuming, you can see just how much dirt you picked up in the clear canister!
I’m always amazed at how much gets picked up! There is a button you can press to turn off the brushes if you are going over hardwood floors or tile and there are more than enough accessories to clean your stairs, crevices, and furniture. The vacuum even came with a tool to clean your blinds which is fantastic since blinds can get very dusty.
When pulling out the handle to use one of the accessories, you have the option of using the short hose or the longer extension for the areas that are very hard to reach. The longer extension comes in handy when you are trying to reach cobwebs that are up high in hard to reach places. The weight of the vacuum is not bad at all either.
I have stairs and it is not difficult at all to bring the vacuum up and down the stairs. It has a convenient handle that is also very helpful in carrying it. Another great thing about the vacuum is that it has a very long power cord!
This is great because you do not have to constantly stop vacuuming to find another power cord to plug it into. The vacuum is a bit pricey but with a generous 5 year warranty and great performance, I am happy to have spent it on this vacuum.
