Pros
- The incredible suctioning power
- The lightweight design and manueverability

Cons
- The rotors getting stuck with long hair tangled in them
- Needs more accessories than the two that come with the model

What a great machine! No matter what I am vacuuming up, the incredible suctioning power really does the trick. The absolute best thing about the Dyson is the ease of emptying the receptacle. I don't have to get my hands dirty or sift through dust to make sure the compartment is empty.

With one pull of a trigger, the bottom of the compartment opens and the waste just falls right out. There are attachments that make cleaning higher areas easier, and the extendable reach of the handle allows me to get the pesky cobwebs from the top of my highest ceilings. It is lightweight and easy to manuever around my two story house.

My model is pink and a portion of the proceeds go to assist the fight for Breast Cancer, so I'm always reminded of my contribution. However, as happy as I am with the Dyson, this model is a little outdated and I've heard the newer ones have improved upon this one. For instance, my longer hair often gets stuck in the rotors prohibiting bigger items from being sucked up properly.

Every three or four vacuuming events, I have to cut the hair off the bottom of the rotor because it gets twisted around it so efficiently. I suppose that awesome suction does it!
