Pros
- The ability to go from carpet to tile without changing anything.
- The ease of emptying the vacuum.

Cons
- The acc. hose seems kind of short and it is easy to pull over.

Bissell Total Floor Velocity 15' brush As a man I know it is strange to hear a review for a vacuum cleaner but this vacuum is saving my life. My wife is pregnant and I have taken over the house work along with my full time job as a factory manager. The vacuum has incredible suction and there is no bag to empty just pull a lever and dump the canister in the trash. The vacuum is light and I should know after not realizing that no vacuum has a 200 foot hose I pulled this vacuum over on top of my leg more than once but like I said it is very light and no damage done.

There are a total of 3 filters on the vacuum so you never leave that cloud of dust behind you. The only thing I would change on this unit is the length of the accessory hose but once you pull it over on your self you learn how far you can go. I bought this for my wife a year ago because a year before that I had made the grave mistake of listening to some one else about what kind of vacuum to buy.

By the way if there are any guys reading this a vacuum cleaner is not a good gift for Christmas, learn from my mistake. The Bissell was not only cheaper than the Kenmore but takes no bags and does not need to go in for a check up every 6 months. It is available at Walmart and online. I use this vacuum every day and it takes me 40 minutes to do the whole house and I have 2 cats and a very large new found land dog so it has no problem picking up all the hair which says a lot most vacuums don't like to pull hair off the carpet. This vacuum also does hard floors so there is nothing to change going from carpet to tile.
